We want you to be 100% satisfied with ZapDM. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our sustainability as a bootstrapped company.
1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
For all first-time Monthly or Annual subscription purchases, we offer a 7-day "no-questions-asked" refund policy. If you find that ZapDM isn't the right fit for your workflow within the first week, we will issue a full refund.
2. Lifetime Deals (LTDs)
Lifetime Deals are special, deeply discounted offers intended to support early development. Due to the nature of these campaigns:
- LTDs are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the checkout page during the promotion.
- We encourage you to try our free tier or a monthly plan before committing to a Lifetime Deal.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. We may consider refund requests outside the 7-day window for:
- Technical bugs that prevent you from using the service for more than 48 hours and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Fraudulent use of your credit card by a third party to purchase ZapDM.
4. Abuse of Policy
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect significant platform usage (e.g., thousands of DMs sent) within the refund window. Our goal is to protect the platform from one-time users who use it for a single batch campaign and then request a refund.
