At ZapDM ("we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at zapdm.io to automate your Instagram engagement.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information from your social media accounts when you connect them, and information about your usage of our services.
a. Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and encrypted credentials. We use this to manage your account and provide access to the platform.
b. Instagram & Meta Data
Through official Meta APIs, we access your Instagram profile information, comments on your posts, and Direct Messages. We do not store your Instagram password. All access is handled via secure OAuth tokens.
c. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe or Dodo Payments). ZapDM does not store your credit card details or bank information on our servers.
2. AI Data Processing (ZapAI)
ZapDM uses advanced AI models (via OpenAI and others) to generate conversational responses. Regarding your data:
- Contextual Processing: Messages are processed temporarily to generate responses.
- No Model Training: We have agreements in place ensuring your data is NOT used to train third-party AI models.
- Business Info: The business description you provide is shared with AI models only to give context for responses.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We NEVER sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to run ZapDM:
